The Board of Directors for Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 89 meets each month at the 3455 Fellows Rd., Houston, Texas 77047. Meetings are typically held at 11:30 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, and are open to the public. The Board welcomes and encourages District residents to attend.
