I understand reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance and cannot be made more than one year in advance.
I confirm I am 25 years of age or older and the renter will be present for the entire event (no sublets/substitutions).
I understand the full rental fee is due prior to obtaining building access, and deposits must be by money order (no cash or personal checks).
I understand cancellations within 14 days of the event may forfeit the deposit, per District rules.
